Enlightenment
All this talk about Enlightenment, Oneness and Christ Consciousness, seems like some are and some aren't. But who is really?
Here's the answer: Everyone is.
Everyone is enlightened. Enlightenment is your natural state. You seek it, but can't find it. Why? Because in order to find it..it would have to be separate from you. Enlightenment has to be realized. Meaning, it has to be your conscious awareness.
Example:
Let's say you are a man believing to be a dog. You are walking on all fours and barking. You come to me and say, I want to be a man. I would look puzzled at you, because I see you are a man and I ask myself, why does he not see it?
You want to be a man? Simply stop being a dog.
So it is too with Enlightenment. You want Enlightenment, but you already have it. You already are everything you ever hoped to be right now.
Now, you may ask, but why am I not experiencing enlightenment (Bliss: Peace, Love and Joy all at the same time)? In order to experience anything you have to be aware of it. It is not your awareness, because you focused your attention on seeking it.
Everything we believe to be true has to be demonstrated in action, in order for it to become our experience. The action of seeking is the demonstration of "not having", so "not having" becomes your experience.
As with Enlightenment so with everything in your life. Want it? Be it!
The Final Step
It probably is the hardest step you will ever take. When I found the truth, I fell into depression for about three weeks. It was like dying to everything I ever thought, believed and knew. Everything disappeared and nothing mattered anymore. There was no purpose in doing anything.
Then slowly it dawned on me, a new light: Life as it was meant to be. Joy independant of anything from outside. I awakened to my Self. My true Self and I realized my oneness with God. It has been Bliss ever since. Not as I thought it would be (actually much better) and it did not happen suddenly as some Masters claim it to be. Yes, it may have been suddenly, but there were still old patterns that arose, but had no hold on me. Soon these stopped arising too.
I am Peace and Peace is my experience. I am Love and Love is my experience. I am Joy and Joy is my experience. I am One and Oneness is my experience. I am Free and Freedom is my experience.
In the final step, the old self must die to the new, so that the real Self can shine to the surface. Does it have to be a painful, depressing process? No. But who willingly gives up anything? Even if it means to gain EVERYTHING?
It is due to our attachments, to what we know and think we know and because of fear of the unknown that this final step becomes painful. The pain you feel is ego trying to hold onto an illusion. Spirit is never hurt. You don't have to look forward to this process, but remember it is just a process, something you go through. Like a tunnel. It is dark, but as you keep walking, the end of the tunnel is near. And there is light. A light you have never before experienced. It is a new world. The world of the living. The grass is always green here, the sun is always shinning, it is truly heaven on earth right here and now.
Miracles
What all Mystics through out the centuries have known to be true is that
1) A direct communication with God is possible
2) All things are possible to God
In 1988 a light hit my forehead, after that I witnessed on two separate occasions white light flowing from my stomach performing miracles. I stated, "witnessed" because at no time did I have anything to do with these happenings, at least not consciously.
Ever since then I "witnessed" more and more people healing simply by bringing their need for healing to my attention. I do not have to know these people, I do not ever lay my hands on them, nor do I pray for them. One thing that does stand out is that 1) I have compassion with those suffering and 2) I take no thought, meaning: a) I do not judge the appearance or the person as good or bad; b) I do not try to council them; c) I do not blame them; d) I do not try to heal them.
I have no power, I promise. I am simply a witness to the Truth.
A miracle is not actually a miracle as we have been taught through religion. A miracle is not an act of God "doing" something. A miracle is the dropping away of an illusion, the disappearance of the appearance of a discord.
False Identification
We have identified ourselves with being a person, a body and/or our mind. But we are so much more, and I don't mean your job, your skin color or your money. I mean you are so much more than what the eyes meet. Actually nothing the eye meets is you.
You are spirit and spirit is perfect. You can not see spirit, but what you can see is the form (a form) spirit takes. Spirit is Life. To say you are this or that is to identify your self with it, but since you are Life itself, you are not the form which it takes, or appears as. You are all possibilities, but the moment you claim 1 possibility you are no longer all possibilities. Claiming an identity of any kind, is to limit your self and separate your self from that which you truly are.
Want it? Claim it!
You can not have what you want, because you "being" creates your experience. With other words, by being of lack you create the feeling and experience of lack.
God is your very being, and creates that which you believe you are. The action of wanting/seeking is a demonstraton of not having.
The trick to changing your experience, is to change your "being". Ask your self, how would I feel, if I had that which I desired? Happy? Peaceful? Blessed? And then move into that feeling. Claim that which you would like to experience now. I am happy, I am peaceful, I am blessed. In the beginning it might feel like a lie, but if you truly think about it, it just feels like a lie because it goes against the belief you have created up til now. With a little practice and consistency, your experience of lack will soon become one of having.
Bliss - The Ultimate Experience
I was asked the other day, what Bliss feels like. In bliss all else disappears. It is sweet as honey yet so sweet it almost hurts. Tears crawl up your eyes and a feeling of belonging is present, deep down and all round.
What makes this experience so extraordinary is that it is not caused by anything on the outside. I might have bills that need to be paid, or my body might be going through something, but the outer has no impact on the inner. With other words, my experience has nothing to do with what is going on out side of "me", nor does anything outside of cause this experience. It is it's own nature.
Yes, it is love. Yes, it is peace and yes, it is Joy...all at the same time. When all three feelings (the only three true divine feelings) come together as one, it becomes something new, something else: Bliss. It is no longer Love or Joy or peace but all three together.
Bliss is found within. Within your own being. Being what? You might ask. Being pure being. Just being, without any idea, without any concept ...just free to BE.
It sounds complicated, but that is our mind, trying to put into words what is beyond the mind. Can you be still, and not use your mind to experience who you truly are? Can you be still, without having to convert that which you feel into words?
Let go. Let go and fly. No drugs needed, no tools, just pure being...being aware of being.
Beyond Forgiveness
Everything we experience is a blessing in a bigger picture. An experience is just that ...an experience. It never really happened to you. That part of you that never changes, but always IS. It happened to the person. Experiences change as we become more and more aware of who we truly are.
Everything you have ever experienced, has brought you to the awareness you have today. If you have arrived at the awareness that you are one with Father, then the experiences you have gone through brought you there.
I don't believe in forgiveness, not ourselves nor others. If we think we or someone else did something wrong....we got it all wrong. Everything was perfect in divine order for our spiritual growth. We needed that experience in order to grow. You would not be the person you are today, if it weren't for every experience you ever encountered.
Unless we see everything as a blessing, we have not yet risen above the appearance of things.
The divine Trinity
Where ever you look people are seeking. Everyone is seeking the same thing. What makes it seem different is that everyone is seeking in different places. What everyone is seeking is to find themselves within God and God within themself. Call it Self, call it enlightenment, Peace, Love or Joy, Happiness...call it what you want...names do not matter. What does matter, is that you recognize that your seeking.....something.
This "something" is not found in the physical world, even though there is no judgment on seeking it in the world. Many if not everyone will first seek it outside of themselves, because that is what we are taught: If you want to be happy, you have to be healthy, have a great partner and lots of money. Yet when you look around, you will see people with lots of money ...still seeking, people in a relationship...still seeking, and people with radiant health...still seeking. Only when we turn to ourselves, can the question "What are we truly seeking?" be answered.
God is the divine trinity: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit or in more "worldly" terms: The creator, the demonstrator and the experience or simply Love, Peace and Joy. To turn within means to find Love, peace and Joy within your very being. In the absence of of thought...we are already everything we ever seeked and hoped for.
The "No thought Concept"
Beliefs
Beliefs are programs of our subconscious mind. In our subconsciousmind everything we ever experienced is filed. If our mind recognizes a pattern it forms a belief. Beliefs create our experience...and the circle is closed. Because we experience it our beliefs are strenghtened and we act upon them.
In order to change the experience, because that is truly all that matters, we have two options 1) change the belief or 2) rid the belief.
To change the belief we have many options such as Affirmations, Hypnosis, Denials
To rid a belief we only need to recognize a belief as a belief. A belief is one possibility from millions. Example: One day my partner and I went to the post office to buy stamps. We wanted to use our debit card, but the card was declined. My partner said: " Did we forget to deduct something from our account?" and I answered:"That is one possibility" and took no further thought. We arrived at the bank to find money on our account. So, either the ATM maschine was broken, it didn't read our card, or something else.
Now that example did not rid the belief, but open us to more possibilities. To rid the belief one has to recognize the belief: Let's say I have a experience that repeats itself over and over. I could look at that experience and ask myself what is the belief behind this experience? I think others can easly help us to find the belief behind things. Just ask anyone: Why am I experienceing this in my life? They will tell you your BELIEF. That which is holding you back from experiencing lIfe as it was meant to be. They will tell you: Because you need to loose weight, you need to do this or that or: because you don't do this or that. That is YOUR belief. It's not true. You don't need to do this or that and it's not because you did something wrong, but you believe it.
The same opportunity presents itself when we look at others. That which we see in others is a reflection of our own beliefs. If you didn't believe it, you could see it. Ask yourself: "What do I see in others?" What do I see in my partner? What do I see in my kids? My friends? My animals?
It helps to rub your beliefs against a statement of truth. Like: In Truth we are love. In Truth we are perfect or so. If the belief does not reflect the Truth...it's a lie. Simple as that.
Once you have recognized the belief, call it by name: Do I believe so and so is true? Do I believe I have to loose weight in order to be Love? No, that's a belief!... and then move on without taking any further thought.
Everyone in this world is acting on their belief. If they experience fear...it is based on a belief in fear. If they experience worry...it is based on a belief in worry. How "real" is fear if God did not create it? How "real" is fear if it can disappear? Can God dissapear? Change? If God did not create it, who did? If God didn't create it.."it" does not exist and can only be experienced through the power of a belief.
